I have experience in the development, design, and implementation of communications strategies and initiatives for clients in various geographic locations across the country. These responsibilities include all aspects of employee and benefit communications surrounding compensation, benefits and healthcare, as well as strategic planning and execution that helps clients achieve their business goals and objectives through effective communications.
Professional Background
Back in 1990, I began my communiations career at Mercer (Boston). In 1998, I moved back to Connecticut and, upon my return, served as the Communications Practice Leader for USI Consulting Group in Glastonbury, CT. My responsibilities focused around providing benefit communication services to middle-market clients across the country. In addition, I served as a Communications Consultant with The Segal Company. With over 18 years of experience in communications, I have worked with a number of clients including John Hancock (MA), United States Enrichment Corporation (KY), Heineken USA (NY), Knox County Retirement & Pension Board (TN), Town of Greenwich (CT), MaineGeneral Health (ME), Randolph Hospital (NC), Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals (SC) and many others.
Education
Ms. Senn graduated, with honors, from Newbury College with a degree in Business Management.
